My stay at ITC Sonar was simply delightful! The newly renovated Tower Rooms have a refreshing, modern feel, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Kolkata. The staff, especially Ratnabali, were incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best dining options. While the dining experience was top-notch, I felt that the cable TV responsiveness could use improvement. Overall, it's a fabulous hotel that I would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The staff, especially Angela and Kunju, were incredibly warm and attentive, making my family feel truly special. However, I found that some areas, particularly the rooms in the Executive Wing, could use a bit of refurbishment.
